Car Parks
Car Parks are a mainstay of the construction industry. Whether you are looking for a standalone multi story car park, a retail building that incorporates a car park or a car dealership with parking on the roof, Frank H Dales are equipped to design and build the structure as well as offer fabrication and erection for consultant designs.
Education
We’ve completed many schools and universities. The strict programmes of some can present challenges for main contractors and the potential damages from missing deadlines can be huge. We’re one of the most efficient fabricators in the country and our contracts team are experts at keeping to schedule.
Commercial
Commercial buildings can be as varied as a multi storey tower block in the city centre, to a multi span portal frame on a business park. Frank H Dales are capable to deliver both to a high standard. We have recently completed a 12 storey Tower block for HSBC in Birmingham along with the 14 storey HMRC building next to it.
Industrial / Manufacturing
Industrial and manufacturing units can be as complex and diverse as the businesses that occupy them. Whether it’s a simple portal frame or a building with multiple elements like overhead cranes Frank H Dales and our expert and able design team can overcome most obstacles.
Data Centres
Added more recently to our portfolio is the advent of data centres. Usually comprising of large multi span portal frames, we’re able to offer data centres as both D & B projects and on a consultant design basis. We’ve also undertaken extensions to existing data centres as well as added mezzanines inside existing buildings.
Residential
Usually consisting of post and beam structures, residential buildings can be quite diverse in their sizes and diverse as well as having some tight site restrictions. We have plenty of experience with these types of structures and our contracts team can tackle even the trickiest of sites keeping the project within programme.
Distribution
We have endless experience with Distribution centres and have provided buildings from 200 tonnes up to 2000. Usually consisting of portal frames, this is where we really excel and can offer a value engineered design and build solution and can, of course, also provide buildings based on a consultant design.
Retail / Leisure
From a single portal frame unit on a retail park to building a 6 storey cinema inside the 02 Arena we have done it all when it comes to retail units. Each project comes with its own unique challenges which our teams can help guide you through to ensure programmes are met.
